Life Consulting is not taught through a school, or accredited through the state, which allows us flexibility when working with our clients. We are free to find the best tools, strategies, and techniques to get our clients the most breakthrough and freedom in the shortest amount of time. We're also enabled to discover and utilize our unique strengths and personal talents as a Life Consultant. We don't get pigeon-holed into using tactics that may work for someone else.

Life Consulting–as an industry–is the personal equivalent to Business Consulting for business. We only work with individuals that see the value in investing in themselves to perform better, get emotional freedom, and who want to enjoy their lives more. 

Life Consulting has emotional and relational parts, but is also pragmatic. We can jump into an individual's professional world, help them create goals for themselves, and give them "exercises" to further assist them in creating the lives that they desire.

Unlike therapists, counselors, and coaches...we don't have formal schools to teach us every nuance of assisting someone in their lives. We are pioneers of personal development...and we love it that way!!  

That being said, it's important that we have a community to share our victories, disappointments, what's working, and what didn't work so well. In my own journey, I had personal relationships with seven or eight life consultants, and their advice and counsel literally made my business. It also made me infinitely more effective with my clients. 

4. Don't People Expect Us to Be Accredited?


The simple answer to this question is NO! The best clients do not care about accreditations, but expertise and effectiveness. We have gotten our education through experience, and to the right clients, that is more valuable than gold. In fact, you'll likely find that the people that ask for your accreditation are also the ones that are looking for a reason to dismiss you, and therefore will be the most difficult clients. Trust us, work with the people that recognize your fruit and pay you for your effectiveness...not your pedigree!

Not a problem. Many students simply want to learn how to counsel friends and family more effectively, or they want a deeper understanding of emotional health and wholeness.
